This bespoke residential dwelling for a private client situated along the Birchington coastline has recently been completed.
We worked very closely with the clients to understand and develop their design brief, in order to ensure that this new home would make the very best of all the opportunities afforded by this fantastic coastal location.

This award-winning 'Art Moderne' inspired apartment development in Margate was recently awarded the top accolade in the Margate Town Pride Awards.
The new-build water-front scheme was voted the best of 12 shortlisted properties in the area, and given a prestigious blue plaque.

This bespoke luxury residential development is set within Highgate Conservation Area. The scheme comprises 3 unique detached dwellings; a 6-storey new build, and refurbishment and extension of two existing dwellings.
No.16 was recently home to pop-star Taylor Swift, and no.12A recently featured on an episode of 'MTV Cribs' as footballer David Luiz' London home whilst playing for Arsenal FC.

We are pleased that the extension and refurbishment of this detached bungalow in Herne Bay, Kent is progressing well on site.
Planning has recently been submitted for this new-build development. Comprising 53 high-tech style light-industrial units for The GuildCrest Group.
